Lilly Bojic, DPT, MCMT, CEO
Using the principles she teaches, Dr. Lilly gained the reputation as an expert in producing fast results in treating pain, injury and weakness. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from UW, Mastery Degree in Manual Threapy, and has years of experience treating, training, and mentoring. She is the author of the soon to be published book “Back Pain Solution” and is the proud creator of the Physical Therapy Education Station software. Dr. Lilly is the founder of Lilly Physical Therapy, LLC, the fastest growing outpatient orthopedic practice in Edmonds, WA. Her and her team won two Patient Choice Winner awards and one Patient Excellence award in the last two years. Her special interest is in treating Woman’s Health conditions including pregnancy related issues, sports injury rehabilitation, and spinal conditins including back, SI joint, and neck pain.

Jamie Carroll, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jamie graduated from DiscoveryPoint School of Massage with a passion in treatment massage to help people heal from injuries and chronic pain. This passion stems from living an active lifestyle and understanding the importance of doing what we love pain-free! She believes that with solid communication, an open mind and a fun atmosphere so much can be accomplished in each massage session. Jamie knows what a wonderful complement to massage is to physical therapy and will use a variety of modalities to assist clients to a better quality of life and pain-free living.
In her free time you can find Jamie outdoors either on the water kayaking and paddleboarding, or in the mountains hiking, biking and off-roading. When the weather isn’t promising she also loves crafting at home while eating a plate of Thai food from her favorite restaurant!
Jamie’s favorite thing about working at Lilly PT is being surrounded by such a passionate, supportive and innovative team is an incredibly humbling experience! Every day is a day to grow and be your best self.
Miranda Taylor, Billing Specialist
Our Billing Specialist, Miranda, has been part of the Lilly Physical Therapy team since the beginning and we couldn’t have done it without her!
Miranda has extensive experience in insurance billing and an unquestionable passions for no financial ambiguity. Aside from insurance billing, Miranda goes the extra mile explaining patient benefits and providing accurate cost of care. With her “bring it on” attitude and savvy finesse, we know you’ll love Miranda as much as we do!
A Pacific Northwest native, camping, hiking or fishing is likely where you’ll find our beloved Billing Specialist. Miranda also enjoys spending time with her husband and their Pomeranian, Koda.
Miranda loves working at Lilly Physical Therapy because it’s like being surrounded by family. There is a sense of trust, accountability, ease and genuine appreciation for everyone. We all have different roles but we keep it balanced knowing each person has each others back and trust. We celebrate each moment, whether that be a patient graduating or an employee birthday. I feel like I’ve grown more knowledgeable working here and I love all the opportunities for growth.
Sandra Bojic, Office and Clinical Assistant
Sandra knew she was interested in Physical Therapy since she was 7 years old. Her presence brings forth a warm and inviting personality to our clinic.
She enjoys spending her time volunteering as a medical aid for physical therapists during events such as the Breast Cancer Walk, and as a patient during practical exams for graduate physical therapy students at the University of Washington. She enjoys hiking and running. In her free time, Sandra spends a great deal of time with family and friends as well as in the weight room, learning to master the proper techniques and skills that will help her assist other athletes and lifters.
Jelena Bojic, Marketing Specialist
Jelena’s fun personality, determination, and care for her patients provide an exciting journey to healing. She loves staying active through endless activities like:
- Swimming, and
- Walking her two Bichon Frise dogs.
She volunteers her time at the annual breast cancer walk and during practical exams for graduate physical therapy students at the University of Washington where she can learn new techniques and gain new skills. She is continuously interested in exploring any and all available opportunities to expand her knowledge in physical therapy and patient care as to provide the best customer experience possible.
Medina Kandzic, Marketing/Office Assistant
Dina Kandzic is a social (media) butterfly, which makes her the perfect person for our marketing assistant position! She is always looking for new and creative ways to earn new patients and is constantly developing fun promotions for our current patients. She makes the most out of everything and never lets a second of time go to waste.
In her free time, Dina loves going to concerts, traveling and being active with friends and family. She is currently continuing her education as a child/family counselor at Central Washington University (Lynnwood campus). As our marketing assistant, Dina is the go-to-girl for special events at Lilly PT. Whether she’s out doing marketing activities or helping around the office, her constant goal is to offer our patients the best experience possible.
What I love most about working at Lilly PT is that I’m constantly being pushed out of my comfort zone. There isn’t a day where I’m not challenged in marketing and other office tasks, and I love it! In just a few short months, I have already experienced so much personal growth. I also love working with such a dedicated and fun team. I love seeing the difference our team makes in the lives of patients. And finally, I enjoy working closely with Dr. Lilly as her personal assistant and learning from her mentorship and applying it to my personal life.
Troy Phillips, Physical Therapy Aide
Troy received his kinesiology degree from Western Washington University and was inspired to get out in the medical field to help and care for those who were in need. He is very passionate about sports, competition and is always eager to learn new things. In his free time, Troy enjoys playing football and spending time with his dog.
Troy’s favorite thing about working at Lilly PT is the energy of the staff and the shared passion helping others achieve their goals. Troy values the needs and desires of our patients and loves working to get them back to the things they love.
Taylor Lieder, Front Desk Receptionist
Taylor is the face and heart of our clinic. She is constantly pushing herself to grow and learn new things so she can implement them at Lilly PT. She thrives to provide outstanding customer service and connect with each and every one of our patients. Taylor is currently a college student studying psychology and applying her skills around our clinic.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys hiking, paddle boarding and enjoying the nature in the PNW. You can always find her trying out new coffee spots with friends. Her other hobbies include learning how to cook new food and binge watching her favorite show, One Tree Hill.
My favorite thing about working at Lilly PT is how we work together as a family and take care of our patients like they’re our family. I love how involved we are in the community and always looking for new ways to help our community members. I’ve never met a more upbeat and hardworking group of people who constantly strive to grow and learn with everything they do!
La’Tina Rainwater, Licensed Massage Therapist
La’Tina’s passion for massage started at a young age when her uncle would take me back to their reservation and all of her great aunts and uncles would all lay out on the floor and have her and her sister give them massages. She attended Discovery Point School of Massage where she discovered that she is a “life long learner”. In La’Tina’s free time, you can find her spending time with her four sisters and all of their kids.
La’Tina’s bright smile and fun personality light up every room. She is so caring, attentive and always goes the extra mile for her patients. After every massage she gives, she does the hokey pokey with her patients to show them how to loosen up their muscles. You can’t help but smile when you’re around La’Tina! Her favorite thing about working for Lilly Physical Therapy because everyone is pushed to be their best but still be yourself. She loves our constant high energy and very positive atmosphere.
Kathryn Appleby, Physical Therapy Assistant
Kathryn has always been passionate about understanding how the human body moves and functions. She pursued this passion by earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she grew up. After moving from Wisconsin to Ohio, she continued her education and earned an associate’s degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from South University-Cleveland.
After numerous backpacking trips out west, Kathryn decided to live closer to mountains and moved to Seattle in 2017. Kathryn loves working as a physical therapist assistant at Lilly PT because of the atmosphere and mission of the clinic. The staff at Lilly PT works closely as team and openly communicates new ideas and knowledge. We treat each other and our patients as if they are family. Each patient in the clinic is given specialized care and treated with a whole body approach.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys practicing yoga, playing volleyball, hiking up mountains, and cooking for her friends and family. Her favorite dishes to make are curry, different soups, and zucchini bread.
Lola Bojic, Therapy dog in training (Currently not at clinic)
Lola is a Bichon Frise puppy and she will join our team as soon as she is done with her training. She is cute, smart and cuddly, and she brings forward unconditional love to patients recovering from pain and injury.
