Milk is actually not good for your bones!

Despite popular believe, milk is not good for your bones! 

Got Milk?  This American advertising campaign successfully increased sales of milk in California, since it made us believe that milk is healthy for us. However, the multiple research studies indicated over and over again that milk and dairy products are not good for us.  Here are few reasons why:

Bone Fractures: Are more common among American women even though consumption of milk is much higher in the USA than anywhere in the world. At the same time, Chinese hardly eat dairy or milk after age of one, and have very low osteoporosis incidence. Nowadays, we have very many medical studies  indicating that people who consume the most cow’s milk have significantly higher fracture rates . Explanation for this is in milk increasing acidity of the body. Increased acidity is leaching calcium out of our bones in order to buffer the PH.

Despite popular believe, milk is not good for the rest of your body!

Cancer: Multiple studies descovered link in between prostate and overian cancer and Increased milk and dairy consumption.

Flare up of chronic conditions: Rheumatoid arthritis, asthma and MS get worse if you eat a lot  of milk and dairy.

Lactose Intolerance: After age of two our ability to digest lactose due to decreased production of enzyme lactase. This is result decreases causing bloating, abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea and gas.

Antibiotic Resistance: Can be deadly and it is caused by overuse of antibiotics to keep cows alive in filthy farm conditions.

Allergies: Milk and dairy is #1 cause of food related allergies in children.  I expereinced that first hand since my daugher suffered from milk allergies herself.  After spending thousands of dollars on harmful, and aggressive tests, we learned what the cause of her problem was.  Milk Allergy! Cutting milk and dairy consumption decreases many health problems including asthma, headaches, fatigue, and indigestion, according to one U.K. study.

Despite popular believe, milk and dairy will not make you look more attractive

Obesity:  High content  of bad, saturated fat and cholesterol cause health issues including weight gain and obesity.

Bad Skin: Milk and dairy products are linked to increased acne. So, if you want bad skin, get even more milk!

                                                 What is the solution? 

Replace milk with healthy vegetarian alternatives rich in calcium. 

Remember, the bone loss and osteoporosis are due not to calcium deficiency but rather to its resorption issue, excessive excretion and lack of activity.
