Yoga-Fit and How It Can Help You Say Good-Bye to Chronic Pain
My name is Lilly Bojic, PT and I help people get rid of chronic pain and move with more strength and flexibility. This is important because it allows them to return to their normal life and it speaks to their underlying desire to feel confident, productive and energetic. I have treated hundreds of people with chronic pain over the last 10 years successfully.
I’d like to invite you a new class called “Yoga-Fit”. It’s specifically for people who have some condition or pain and want to move and exercise but don’t want to make it worse. It’s for those who want to avoid injury or harm and be in an environment that is safe and non-judgmental.
If you have pain that is not going away and are tired of medication and want to reap the tremendous healing and strengthening rewards of yoga, this is for you.
Yoga-Fit Improves Chronic Pain, Strength, Flexibility and Posture
A lot of the conventional treatments such as tylenol, steroid injection, and heat/ice, are temporary and can mask the pain but don’t get to the root cause. And they can be harmful.
You Don’t Have to Like Exercising: The movements are not the typical kind of exercises you might see people do in a studio, gym or health club. They’re different. Even if you dislike exercising, you will be pleasantly surprised how much you enjoy this.
Our Instructors Understand Your Condition: The reason we started this program is because people were blindly doing generic exercises and classes that was making them worse. Most feel BETTER their very first session and continue to improve from there.
Safe and Non-Judgmental Environment: People with conditions or pain have special needs. There are several variations to every move and exercise so no matter what your level is you will be able participate and enjoy it.
