When the shoulder is injured, entire upper mobility can be affected and feel painful. The shoulder consists of three bones: the humerus, clavicle, and scapula which together create the ball-and-socket joint. When the rotator cuff is injured, intense shoulder pain follows along with lessened range of motion.
