The other day I heard a patient at the front desk talking about how great her experience has been at Lilly PT. I asked her if she would share her story so we can spread the word and keep changing people’s lives. Her response left me speechless…
“I want to write you a review but I don’t want to share you guys with the world. I want to keep you for myself!”
While her thought process makes all the sense in the world, it got me thinking…
Sharing us with the world would help us grow and expand our practice to different locations, provide more amazing people with jobs, and multiply our greatness to help everyone in need.
People have asked us on several occasions if we pay people to write our online reviews because they are “too good to be true”. And while yes, they do seem too good to be true, they are real and honest opinions that people leave out of the kindness of their hearts.
